TRASH
We’d like to keep the trash where it belongs! Please, please, please…do not put your trash out the night before trash pick-up. Doing so can create an unsightly mess when animals get into the bags, or the environment wreaks havoc. Take your trash to the front of your house. Trash-pick up is Monday and Thursday. Recyclables are only picked up on Monday. As for now there is no Wednesday Yard debris pick up.
PARKING
Homeowners are NOT allowed to park in the Visitor designated parking spaces. Visitors are allowed to park in the visitor's parking space for 72 hours with a visitor's parking pass. Don't have a Vistors Parking Pass? Please contact East Coast Management to get one. eastcoastmgmt@aol.com
