Generally, all exterior alterations require the approval of the Architectural Review Committee as stated in Article VII of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Approval is required for all exterior changes that are visible from the common area. This includes elevated decks. Architectural changes to the exterior rear of an owner's property that are within the fence line, and not visible from the common area (e.g. Patios, ground level decks, etc.) do not require an application. Exceptions are noted when applicable in the Specific Building Guidelines, Section III.
